As we come to the end of this course, I’d like to return to where we began—with symptoms.
Earlier, you may have seen your exhaustion, anxiety, or sensitivity as signs that something was wrong.
Now, you may be able to see them differently—not as enemies, but as communications from a system that has been under strain.
This shift in understanding doesn’t make symptoms disappear overnight.
But it often reduces fear—and fear itself is a major source of stress.
When we understand our bodies, we tend to treat them more gently. And that gentleness matters.
Workbook Prompts
- How has your understanding of your symptoms changed?
- Are there symptoms you feel less afraid of now?
- What feels clearer than it did before?
