My approach is gentle, paced, and deeply attentive to your unique history, sensitivities, and capacity. There are no protocols or quick fixes, only careful listening and individualized care. There is no obligation to book. You are welcome to explore this option in your own time, or return to it later if and when it feels right.

Adrenal Fatigue & Homeopathy A Gentle, Whole-Person Approach to Stress, Burnout & Depletion

Sleep difficulties are one of the most common complaints in burnout.

This isn’t always because you can’t fall asleep. Sometimes it’s waking in the night, light sleep, or waking unrefreshed.

Stress hormones, blood sugar fluctuations, and emotional processing all influence sleep quality. When the system is under strain, the body may stay partially alert—even during rest.

Emotional load matters here. Holding unexpressed worry, responsibility, or grief keeps the nervous system engaged, even when the body is still.

Homeopathy recognizes this deep interconnection between emotional and physical states. There is no separation between what you carry emotionally and how your body rests.

Workbook Prompts

  • What is your sleep currently like—not just duration, but quality?
  • Do you notice certain thoughts or emotions surfacing at night?
  • Are there times you wake feeling alert or anxious for no clear reason?
