FINAL MODULE An Invitation: Working With Me Individually
This course is designed to offer education, perspective, and reassurance.
For some people, that is enough. If you feel you would benefit from individualized support—particularly in long-standing burnout, hormonal strain, or chronic stress—I offer private homeopathic consultations. My approach is gentle, paced, and deeply attentive to your unique history, sensitivities, and capacity. There are no protocols or quick fixes, only careful listening and individualized care. There is no obligation to book. You are welcome to explore this option in your own time, or return to it later if and when it feels right.

Adrenal Fatigue & Homeopathy A Gentle, Whole-Person Approach to Stress, Burnout & Depletion

Video Script

Welcome.

Before we talk about homeopathy, or remedies, or recovery, I want to pause and create a shared understanding of language.

The term “adrenal fatigue” is widely used, and it’s also widely debated. Some practitioners use it, some avoid it altogether. In conventional medicine, it’s not considered a formal diagnosis.

In this course, when I use the phrase adrenal fatigue, I’m not referring to a damaged organ or a failing gland. I’m describing a functional state—a pattern of long-term stress where the body’s stress response has been overused, overextended, and is now struggling to adapt smoothly.

This matters, because many women come to me feeling frightened—thinking their body is broken, or that something is permanently wrong.

From a homeopathic perspective, what we often see instead is a system that has been trying very hard to cope for a very long time.

Your symptoms are not evidence of weakness.
They are evidence of adaptation under pressure.

Throughout this course, we’ll hold this frame:
nothing is wrong with you—your body has been responding to life.

And understanding that response is the first step toward gentle, sustainable healing.

Workbook Prompts

  • What labels have you been given for your symptoms in the past?
  • How did those labels make you feel about your body?
  • What shifts for you when you hear the phrase “adaptation under pressure”?
