As you come to the end of this course, I want to name something clearly and calmly.
For some of you, this understanding may be enough for now.
You may simply take what you’ve learned and continue listening to your body in a new way.
For others, you may feel that individual support would be helpful—especially if your symptoms are persistent, layered, or difficult to navigate alone.
If that’s the case, I offer one-to-one homeopathic consultations, working slowly and thoughtfully with states of burnout, depletion, and chronic stress.
There’s no expectation that you move forward unless it feels supportive and right for you.
